Jessica Pegula and Zheng Saisai were the defending champions, having won the event in 2012, but Pegula chose not to participate. Zheng paired up with Xu Yifan, but they lost in the quarterfinals. Luksika Kumkhum
Luksika "Luk" Kumkhum (; ; born 21 July 1993) is a Thai tennis player. She turned professional in 2011, and reached her career-high singles ranking of world No. 66 on 19 November 2018. On 16 July 2018, she peaked at No. 86 in the WTA doubles rankings. Career In 2010, Kumkhum had won one ITF Circuit event in singles but three events in doubles. Monique Adamczak (born 21 January 1983) is an inactive Australian tennis player. Her favourite surface is grass. She has specialised in doubles and has been coached by Tony Roche, former coach of Roger Federer. Adamczak made her debut as a professional in 1998, aged 15, at an ITF tournament in Lyneham. AKARI (ASTRO-F) was an infrared astronomy satellite developed by Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, in cooperation with institutes of Europe and Korea.
