2013 Acropolis International Basketball Tournament
The Acropolis International Tournament 2013 was a basketball tournament held in OAKA Indoor Hall in Athens, Greece, from August 27 until August 29, 2013. It was the 26th edition of the Acropolis International Basketball Tournament. The four participating teams were Greece, Italy, Lithuania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Jonas Mačiulis (born 10 February 1985) is a Lithuanian former professional basketball player. Standing at , he mainly plays at the small forward position. As a member of the senior Lithuanian national team, he earned an All-EuroBasket Team selection in 2015, as Lithuania won the silver medal. Mantas Kalnietis (born 6 September 1986) is a Lithuanian former professional basketball player who last played for Žalgiris Kaunas of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL) and the EuroLeague. He was also a member of the Lithuanian national basketball team. He would preferably take the point guard position, but could play shooting guard as well. Vassilis "Billy" Spanoulis ( el, Βασίλης Σπανούλης; born 7 August 1982) is a Greek former professional basketball player and current basketball coach for Peristeri of the Greek Basket League and the Basketball Champions League. Jonas Valančiūnas ( ; ; born 6 May 1992) is a Lithuanian professional basketball player for the New Orleans Pelicans of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was selected by the Toronto Raptors with the fifth overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft. At the 2019 trade deadline, he was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies. Zachary "Zach" Wright (born February 5, 1985) is an American-born naturalized Bosnian professional basketball player who last played for Pro A team JL Bourg.
