The RAKAA Professional League is the First Division in Saudi Arabia. At the end of the 2012–13 season the league was called ''Saudi First Division'', but the league has been renamed to ''RAKAA Professional League'' and the name stands for a Holding provider called RAKAA Holding, RAKAA which has now become an official sponsor of the First Division. The Saudi First Division League (), currently known as the Yelo League for sponsorship reasons, is the second tier of Football in Saudi Arabia, professional football in Saudi Arabia. It ranks below the Saudi Pro League and above the Saudi Second Division League in the Saudi football league system, Saudi Arabian football league system. History The league was founded in 1976 alongside the Saudi Pro League, Premier League which is now known as the Saudi Pro League. Being the second-tier league it allows the first tier league clubs to either discover talents or send players on loan so they can develop. Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Musa'ed Stadium
Prince Abdulaziz bin Musa'ed Sports City () is a multi-purpose stadium in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. It is used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Al-Jabalain and Al-Tai. The stadium has a current capacity of 12,250 people following an expansion in 2022. Besides the football stadium the sports complex also includes other facilities such as a sports hall, an Olympic size swimming pool, a squash court, a track and field track and a youth dorm. The stadium underwent renovations in June 2021 following Al-Tai's promotion to the Saudi Pro League. The renovations involved cultivating the grass, renewing the changing rooms, and establishing a media center to host press conferences and a video operation room to host VAR officials. Al-Tai Football Club () is a professional football club based in the city of Ha'il, in north-western Saudi Arabia, that plays in the Saudi First Division League, the second tier of Saudi football. History Al-Tai won the Saudi First Division three times, first in the 1984–85 season and last in the 2000–01 season, and have finished runners-up once in the Saudi First Division in the 1977–78 season. Al-Tai finished third during the 2020–21 and earned promotion to the Pro League for the first time since 2008. Unaizah ( ) or officially The Governorate of Unaizah (also spelled Onaizah, Onizah, or Unayzah; ) is a Saudi Arabian city in the Al Qassim Province. It lies south of the province capital Buraydah and north of Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Al Khubar
Khobar () is a city and governorate in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, situated on the coast of the Persian Gulf. With a population of 409,549 in the city core and 658,550 in the governorate, as of 2022, Khobar forms part of the Dammam metropolitan area along with Dammam and Dhahran, making up the residential core of Saudi Arabia's Persian Gulf region. Al-Qadisiya Al Khubar
Al-Qadsiah () is a Saudi Arabian professional football club that competes in the Saudi Pro League. The team is based in the eastern city of Khobar and their home ground is the Prince Mohamed bin Fahd Stadium. History Al-Qadsiah have been a regular and uninterrupted participant in the Saudi Premier League since its inception in the inaugural 1976–77 season, their best ever top-flight season came in the 1980–81 season when they finished in 3rd place. Al-Qadsiah's most successful period in their history came in the early 90's when they won the 1991-92 Crown Prince Cup against Al-Shabab 4–2 on penalties to claim their first ever top flight title.
