2012–13 SK Rapid Wien Season
The 2012–13 SK Rapid Wien season was the 115th season in club history. Review and events Rapid Wien gave a contract extension to midfielder Boris Prokopič during the off-season. Rapid Wien started pre-season on 6 June 2012. Rapid hired Helmut Schulte as the new Sporting Director. However, fans were critical of the hiring and don't want him as Sporting Director. Gerson Guimarães Ferreira Júnior (born 7 January 1992), commonly known as Gerson, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back.
