2012 Survivor Series
The 2012 Survivor Series was the 26th annual Survivor Series professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WWE. It took place on November 18, 2012, at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, which was the first Survivor Series held in Indiana. The event received 212,000 pay-per-view buys, down from 281,000 buys the previous year. The event was originally planned to be held at the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but the WWE relocated the event to Indianapolis as it was conflicted with the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens '' Sunday Night Football'' game of the 2012 NFL season. The WWE would later give Pittsburgh its infamous and controversial Royal Rumble pay-per-view event that was held in 2014. Seven matches took place at the event, including one on the pre-show. The Miz
Michael Gregory Mizanin (born October 8, 1980) is an American professional wrestler, actor, and television personality. He is signed to WWE, where he performs on the SmackDown brand under the ring name The Miz. Mizanin first gained fame as a reality television participant, appearing on '' The Real World: Back to New York'' in 2001 and its spin-off, '' Real World/Road Rules Challenge'', from 2002 to 2005.
