The 2011–12 Argentine Primera C is the season of professional fourth division of Argentine football league system. With a total of 20 teams competing there, the champion is promoted to the upper level, Primera B Metropolitana. Primera C
The Primera C Metropolitana is one of the two professional leagues that form the fourth level of the Argentine football league system. Primera C Metropolitana is made up of 20 clubs mainly from the city of Buenos Aires and its metropolitan area (Greater Buenos Aires). The other league at level four is the Torneo Federal B, where teams from regional leagues take part. Format Primera C is currently organised into two league tournaments, the Apertura (opening) and the Clausura (closing). Each team plays every other team once in the Apertura, and then once again at the reverse venue in the Clausura. The winners of the two league titles are recognised as champions. However, the overall championship is decided with an end of season playoff. The overall champion is promoted to Primera B Metropolitana. Estadio Gabino Sosa is a multi-use stadium in Rosario, Argentina. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Club Atlético Central Córdoba. Gregorio de Laferrère is a city ( es, ciudad) in the La Matanza Partido of Buenos Aires Province. History and overview The site of cattle ranches and part of the county seat of San Justo from 1858, the city was established as a real estate development on May 4, 1911, by playwright Gregorio de Laferrère, Honorio Luque, and Dr. Pedro Luro. The latter partner, a prominent area physician, had earlier developed what became the Villa Luro section of Buenos Aires. The location was chosen for a station installed by the Buenos Aires and Pacific Railway, and by 1913, the first twenty chalets had been sold. The settlement had, by then, been renamed for Laferrère, who had died that year. The effects of World War I on the local economy slowed the town's progress, though it resumed with the establishment of the first civic institutions in 1922.
