2011 International Origin
The 2011 International Origin was the inaugural edition of the International Origin match in the sport of rugby league. This match was between England national rugby league team, England and Exiles rugby league team, Exiles RL, and created to give England good mid-season opposition in preparation for the 2011 Four Nations in November. Match details England national rugby league team, England side consisted of 16 players who had played internationally for England or Great Britain in the past but handed a debut to Wigan Warriors hooker Michael McIlorum who started on the bench. Whilst Jamie Jones-Buchanan from Leeds Rhinos was the 18th man. The England national rugby league team represents England in international rugby league since the first international match in 1904. It is controlled by the Rugby Football League (RFL), the governing body for rugby league in England, and participated in the Rugby League World Cup and other test matches. The England national team is the worlds oldest national rugby league team, having played the first international rugby league game in 1904 against Other Nationalities, a team initially made up of Welsh and Scottish players. Pat Richards
Pat Richards (born 27 February 1982) is a former professional rugby league footballer. An Ireland international er, he played in the National Rugby League for Sydney clubs the Parramatta Eels and the Wests Tigers, with whom he won the 2005 NRL Premiership, and the Wigan Warriors and the Catalans Dragons in the Super League, winning the 2010 and 2013 Super League Grand Finals with the former. While in Super League, Richards won the Man of Steel award in 2010 and is the highest overseas points-scorer in the competition's history. Glenn Morrison (rugby League)
Glenn Adam Morrison (born 28 May 1976), is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer and coach. He played for the Parramatta Eels, the Balmain Tigers, the North Sydney Bears and the North Queensland Cowboys in the National Rugby League before moving to England to play for the Bradford Bulls and then the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats (captain). He was later the head coach of the Dewsbury Rams. In 2021, Morrison was appointed Head coach of Cleveland Rugby League, in the newly created North American Rugby League. Louis Anderson
Louis Manu "Lui" Anderson (born 27 June 1985) is a New Zealand rugby league footballer who plays for Villegailhenc-Aragon XIII in the Elite Two Championship. A New Zealand former international representative forward, he previously played for the New Zealand Warriors in the National Rugby League competition and for the Catalans Dragons and Warrington Wolves in the Super League. He is the brother of Vinnie and Fraser Anderson, and is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Sia Soliola
Iosia Soliola (born 4 August 1986) is a former professional rugby league footballer who last played for the Canberra Raiders in the National Rugby League (NRL). He played for New Zealand and Samoa at international level. He previously played as a for the Sydney Roosters in the NRL, and as a forward for St Helens in the Super League, with whom he won the 2014 Super League Grand Final.
