Jiang Dingzhi
Jiang Dingzhi (; born September 1954) is a Chinese politician and current Chairman of the Jiangsu People's Political Consultative Conference (''zhengxie''). He holds a master's degree in Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology. Jiang has successively served as the Party Secretary of the city of Wuxi, Vice Governor of Jiangsu province, Vice Chairman of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, Governor of Hainan province, and, since December 2014, Vice-Chairman of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Congress. Luo Baoming
Luo Baoming (; born October 1952) is a Chinese politician who spent his career in Tianjin and Hainan province. Until 2021, Luo served as the Communist Party Secretary of Hainan province; prior to that he served as governor of Hainan between 2007 and 2011. Early life and education Luo was born in October 1952 in Tianjin. During the Cultural Revolution, Luo went to work for a military production corps in Inner Mongolia. He joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in 1971. He pursued higher education at Tianjin Normal College after the Cultural Revolution, after which he entered the Communist Youth League organization in his native Tianjin, working as a youth organizer. Chen Min'er
Chen Min'er (; born 29 September 1960) is a Chinese politician and a member of the Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party who is serving as the Party Secretary of Tianjin. Chen spent most of his career in his native Zhejiang province, serving as head of the provincial department of media, and Vice Governor of Zhejiang. In 2013, he was transferred to Guizhou as governor, and in 2015 promoted to provincial Party Secretary. Chen was catapulted to prominence in 2017 in the aftermath of the ouster of Chongqing party secretary Sun Zhengcai, a move that made him well-positioned for further elevation. He also became a Politburo member in October 2017. Chen was appointed as the Party Secretary of Tianjin in December 2022. Zhao Kezhi (; born 28 December 1953) is a Chinese retired politician who served as a State Councilor of the People’s Republic of China and as the Minister and Party Committee Secretary of the Ministry of Public Security, with the top police officer rank of Police Commissioner General. He is the former Party Secretary of Hebei and the Party Secretary of Guizhou, and the former Governor of Guizhou. He had also previously served as a vice governor of Shandong and Jiangsu provinces. Huang Huahua
Huang Huahua (born October 1946 in Xingning, Guangdong) is a retired Chinese politician, and the Governor of Guangdong between 2003 and 2011. Of Hakka heritage, he was once the mayor of Meizhou. Biography Huang was born in Xingning County, Guangdong. Huang graduated in mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University. From 1970 to 1978, Huang worked at a machinery factory of the Guangdong Coal Mine, joined the Communist Party in 1971 and served as deputy secretary of the workshop Party Branch. Liu Weiping
Liu Weiping (; born May 1953) is a Chinese politician, currently serving as Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He served as Governor of Gansu from 2010 to 2016, and prior to that, Vice-Governor of Qinghai Province and mayor of Nanchang. Career Aeronautical industry Liu Weiping is a native of Fujin, Heilongjiang province. He entered the work force in 1968 as a sent-down youth in Nanchang County, Jiangxi province, and in 1970 started working at the Hongdu Machinery Building Factory (now Hongdu Aviation Industry Group) under the then Ministry of Aerospace Industry.
