Individual Individual Championship The 2011 Danish Individual Speedway Championship was the 2011 edition of the Danish Individual Speedway Championship. The final was staged over two rounds, at Esbjerg and Slangerup, and was won by Nicki Pedersen. It was Pedersen's seventh national title, taking him clear of Hans Nielsen in second place on the all-time list. Only Ole Olsen had won more titles. The competition started with two quarter finals, with five progressing to the semi-final from each. The top nine then officially qualified from the semi-final, joining six seeded riders and a wild card in the final series. The final series was held over two rounds, with the top four scorers from the two rounds then competing in a Grand Final. The points from the Grand Final were then added to the total score and the overall winner was the rider with the most total points. Nikolaj Busk Jakobsen
Nikolaj Busk Jakobsen (born 14 February 1994) is a Danish motorcycle speedway rider. Career Jakobsen reached four consecutive finals of the Speedway Under-21 World Championship from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, he began his British league career after he signed for Rye House Rockets for the 2015 Premier League speedway season The 2015 Premier League season was the second division of British speedway. Simon Nielsen (born 1 October 1990) is a former motorcycle speedway rider from Denmark. Career Born in Stenlille, Nielsen won 2005 Individual Speedway FIM Youth Gold Trophy 80 cc, unofficial U-16 World Championship. He rode in the Denmark U-19 national team. In 2011, he came to the UK to try to get a team place and got a place in the Workington Comets team towards the end of the season. In December 2011 he was announced as the final member of the 2012 Leicester Lions team in the British Premier League. Morten Risager (born 30 September 1987 in Denmark) is a former motorcycle speedway rider from Denmark. Career Risager earned his speedway licence in 2003. He first appeared in the British leagues during the 2004 season, riding for Coventry Bees. He first rode for Ipswich Witches in 2009 and was part of the Ipswich team that won the Premier League Four-Team Championship, held on 23 October 2011, at Beaumont Park Stadium.
