2010 Poznań Porsche Open
The 2010 Poznań Porsche Open was a professional tennis tournament played on clay courts. It was the seventh edition of the tournament which was part of the 2010 ATP Challenger Tour and the Tretorn SERIE+ tour. It took place at the Park Tenisowy Olimpia in Poznań, Poland from 17 to 25 July 2010, including the qualifying competition in the first two days. Tretorn SERIE+
The ATP Challenger Tour (known until the end of 2008 as the ATP Challenger Series) is a series of international men's professional tennis tournaments. It was founded in 1976 as a replacement for the ILTF Satellite Circuit (founded in 1971) as the second tier of tennis. The Challenger Tour events are the second-highest tier of tennis competition, behind the ATP Tour and ahead of the ITF World Tennis Tour tournaments. The ATP Challenger Tour is administered by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). Players who succeed on the ATP Challenger Tour earn sufficient ranking points to enter the main or qualifying draws at ATP Tour tournaments. Antonio Veić (born 18 February 1988) is a Croatian former professional tennis player and a coach. His highest singles ranking is 119, which was reached on 14 May 2012. Tennis career 2009 Veić received a wild card for Zagreb Indoors and caused an upset as he beat ex-top 10 player Guillermo Cañas 4–6, 6–4, 6–2. Henri Kontinen (; born 19 June 1990) is a Finnish former professional tennis player who is a former world No. 1 in doubles. After being forced to end his singles career at a young age due to injuries, having reached a career-high ranking of No. 220, Kontinen became a successful doubles player. Roman Vögeli (born 13 March 1985) is a Czech-Swiss former professional tennis player. A citizen of both countries, he competed as a Czech during his playing career and now coaches in Switzerland. Grzegorz Panfil (; born 1 January 1988) is a Polish professional tennis player. Career highlights Panfils' highlights include his win at the F1 Ukrainian Futures Tournament, and his achievements at the Hopman Cup.
