Rory Jason Reid (born July 11, 1963) is an American attorney and Chief Executive Officer of the Rogers Foundation. Reid was a founding partner of Reid Rubinstein Bogatz, a Nevada law firm focusing on government relations, business development, real estate and state and local permitting. In addition to his role at the Rogers Foundation, Reid has been active as both a business and civic leader in the community and on the boards of several civic organizations. Kate Marshall
Kathleen Marie Marshall (née Soltero; born July 22, 1959) is an American lawyer and politician who served as the 35th lieutenant governor of Nevada from 2019 to 2021. She is a member of the Democratic Party and was previously the Nevada state treasurer. She was ineligible to run for a third term as treasurer in 2014 due to lifetime term limits established by the Nevada Constitution. She unsuccessfully ran for Nevada secretary of state in 2014.
