2009–10 KNVB Cup
The 2009–10 KNVB Cup was the 92nd edition of the Dutch national football knockout tournament for the KNVB Cup. 88 teams contested beginning on 29 August 2009 with the matches of Round 1 and culminated with a double-leg Final on 25 April and 6 May 2010 respectively. SC Heerenveen unsuccessfully defended its 2009 title losing in Round 4 to PSV, 1–3. On 15 April, the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) announced that the final was to be played over two matches due to imminent supporter violence. The first leg of the final was staged in Amsterdam on April 25, with Ajax defeating Feyenoord 2–0, in the rivalry known as Klassieker. The return followed on 6 May in Rotterdam, with Ajax winning 4–1 and 6–1 on aggregate. Ajax qualified for the play-off round of the 2010–11 UEFA Europa League. Getu Feleke
Getu Feleke (Amharic:) ጌቱ ፈለቀ; born 28 November 1986) is an Ethiopian long-distance runner who runs mainly in half marathon and marathon races. He won the 2010 Amsterdam Marathon with a course record time of 2:05:44 and set his personal best of 2:04:50 hours in a second-place finish at the 2012 Rotterdam Marathon. Career He began competing at the top level at the end of 2008, with his first major run coming at the Montferland Run 15K race. He was among the leaders at but fell back and eventually ended up in sixth place. He stepped up a distance for the City-Pier-City Half Marathon in March the following year and set a personal best of 1:00:36 for the event, taking fourth place behind fellow Ethiopian Dereje Tesfaye. SBV Vitesse Arnhem (''Stichting Betaald Voetbal Vitesse Arnhem, Eng: Professional Football Foundation Vitesse Arnhem''), widely known as Vitesse () or internationally known as Vitesse Arnhem, is a Dutch professional association football, football club located in the municipality of Arnhem.
