The State Fair Classic (formerly known as the Southwest Airlines State Fair Classic, for sponsorship purposes) is an annual college football game between the Grambling State University Tigers and the Prairie View A&M University Panthers of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC). Delmar Stadium is a 12,000-seat stadium located at 1900 Mangum Road in Houston, Texas, United States. It is primarily used for American football games of Houston Independent School District schools. The Delta Classic 4 Literacy (also known as the Delta Classic) was a college football game held between historically black colleges. It was held annually in Little Rock, Arkansas from 2006 to 2012. History Fitz Hill created the event, then known as the Literacy Classic while serving as head football coach at San Jose State University. War Memorial Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Little Rock, Arkansas. The stadium is primarily used for American football and is the home stadium for the Catholic High School Rockets, the Parkview Magnet High School Patriots, and the secondary home stadium for the University of Arkansas Razorbacks.
