2007 NBA Development League Expansion Draft
The 2007 NBA Development League expansion draft was the second expansion draft of the National Basketball Association Development League (NBADL). The draft was held on September 5, 2007, so that the newly founded Rio Grande Valley Vipers, Fort Wayne Mad Ants, Utah Flash and Iowa Energy could acquire players for the upcoming 2007–08 season. Players from the final 2006–07 rosters of the Arkansas RimRockers and Fort Worth Flyers, as well as all other unprotected NBADL players, were available to have their rights selected in the 2007 expansion draft. A random drawing was held to determine the draft order and the Vipers won the first overall pick. 2006 NBA Development League Expansion Draft
The 2006 NBA Development League expansion draft was the first expansion draft of the National Basketball Association Development League (NBADL). The draft was held on September 19, 2006, so that the newly founded Colorado 14ers, Bakersfield Jam, Anaheim Arsenal and Los Angeles D-Fenders could acquire players for the upcoming 2006–07 season. An independent agency conducted a random drawing to determine the selection order. Colorado was awarded the first overall pick, followed by Bakersfield, Anaheim and Los Angeles. The expansion draft was conducted via conference call from the NBA Development League's main office, and it drew from a pool comprising 44 players who had played in the D-League the season before but who were not currently on D-League rosters. NBA Development League All-Star Game
The NBA D-League All-Star Game was an annual exhibition basketball game held by the NBA Development League (D-League). The D-League was founded in 2001 as the National Basketball Development League (NBDL) and later as the NBA Development League. The league, now known as the NBA G League, serves as the National Basketball Association's official minor league basketball organization. The game was first held during the 2006–07 season as part of the NBA All-Star Weekend. The D-League All-Star Game was played on Saturday in the same host city as the NBA All-Star Game. Luke Dean Schenscher (born 31 December 1982) is an Australian former professional basketball player. He played four years of college basketball for Georgia Tech before having stints in the NBA with the Chicago Bulls in 2006 and the Portland Trail Blazers in 2007. Walker Dwayne Russell Jr. (born October 6, 1982) is an American former professional basketball point guard. A native of Pontiac, Michigan, he played college basketball for Chipola College and Jacksonville State University. Desmon Kenyatta Farmer (born October 7, 1981) is an American former professional basketball player. He played briefly in the National Basketball Association (NBA), for the Seattle SuperSonics and the San Antonio Spurs. Clay Tucker
Clay Jovon Tucker (June 14, 1980) is a retired American professional player. College career Tucker played college basketball at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1998 to 2003 where he and Dylan Page helped the Panthers to their first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2003. Professional career Tucker has bounced around for much of his professional career, playing for several different teams in both the United States and Europe. His most successful season was 2004–05, as a member of the Utah Snowbears in the American Basketball Association. He was Utah's top scorer, averaging over 20 points per game.
