The Euroleague Challenge 2007, also called CBA-Euroleague Challenge is the basketball tournament for clubs, progressing in China.The teams: Sydney Kings, CSKA Moscow, Benetton Treviso and are competing from September 30 until October 2. The Sydney Kings are an Australian men's professional basketball team competing in the National Basketball League (Australia), National Basketball League (NBL). The team is based in Sydney, New South Wales, and play their home games at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney Olympic Park. The Kings were formed from a merger between the Bankstown Bruins, West Sydney Westars and the Sydney Supersonics in October 1987. Zhu Fangyu () is a former professional Chinese professional basketball player, who spent his entire pro club career with the Guangdong Southern Tigers of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA). Standing at a height of 2.01 meters (6'7") tall, and weighing 104 kilograms (230 pounds), he played at the small forward position. The 2007–08 Euroleague was the 8th season of the professional basketball competition for elite clubs throughout Europe, organised by Euroleague Basketball Company, and it was the 51st season of the premier competition for European men's clubs overall. The 2007–08 season featured 24 competing teams. The Euroleague Regular Season draw was held on 30 June 2007, in Jesolo, Italy, during the inaugural Euroleague summer league. The official inauguration was held on October 22, at Hala Olivia in Gdańsk, Poland, before the season's opening game between Prokom Trefl Sopot and CSKA Moscow. Mark Worthington (born 8 June 1983) is an Australian basketball player for the Willetton Tigers of the NBL1 West. He played 11 seasons in the National Basketball League (NBL). Lionel Chalmers Jr. (born November 10, 1980) is an American former professional basketball player who currently works as an assistant coach for the Orlando Magic of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is in height and played at the point guard position. Amateur career Chalmers played his first three years of high school basketball at Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons in Schenectady, New York. He is the current president of basketball operations for the Detroit Pistons of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
