Huang Xiaojing
Huang Xiaojing (; February 1946 - ) is a politician of the People's Republic of China and a former governor of Fujian. A native of Fuzhou, Fujian, Huang started working in September 1969, and joined the Chinese Communist Party in December 1973. Heilongjiang
Heilongjiang is a province in northeast China. It is the northernmost and easternmost province of the country and contains China's northernmost point (in Mohe City along the Amur) and easternmost point (at the confluence of the Amur and Ussuri rivers). The province is bordered by Jilin to the south and Inner Mongolia to the west. It also shares a border with Russia ( Amur Oblast, Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Khabarovsk Krai, Primorsky Krai and Zabaykalsky Krai) to the north and east. The capital and the largest city of the province is Harbin. Guo Gengmao
Guo Gengmao ( zh, c=郭庚茂, p=Guō Gēngmào; born December 1950) is a politician of the People's Republic of China. He served as Party Secretary and Governor of Henan Province, as well as Governor of his native Hebei Province. Biography Guo Gengmao was born in Ji County, Hebei (now the county-level city of Jizhou), in December 1950. He joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in March 1972. Guo graduated from the political science division of the International Politics faculty of Peking University. He also obtained a master's degree in Political Economics from the CCP Central Party School. Guo served in various positions in Hebei province for some 30 years. He began work in November 1975 as the deputy party secretary of a people's commune in Ji County. He was mayor of Xingtai from 1994 to 1997. Ji Yunshi
Ji Yunshi (, born September 1945) is a Chinese politician. He served in a variety of offices, including Governor of Jiangsu (1998–2002), Governor of Hebei (2002–2006), Vice-Minister for Human Resources and Social Security (2006–2011) and director of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (2006–2011). Ji Yunshi was born in Haimen, Jiangsu. He started his professional career as an industrial worker in Suzhou in September 1969. During 1970–1971, in the period of the Cultural Revolution, he was sent to work in the Xishan Coal Mine in Suzhou. He became a member of the Communist Party in August 1975. Wei Liucheng ( born August 1946) is a Chinese businessman and politician. He is the former Governor and Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary of Hainan province. In August 2011, Wei became one of the deputy chairs of the Committee on the Economy and Finance in the National People's Congress. Biography Born in Biyang County, Henan, Wei graduated from Beijing Petroleum Institute then worked in China's petroleum industry for more than 30 years. In 1982 he joined the China National Offshore Oil Corporation and in 1998 was appointed general manager. Wei moved to Hainan in October 2003, and was appointed Governor of Hainan in February 2004. Lin Shusen (born December 1946) is a politician and government official in the People's Republic of China. He was elected Governor of Guizhou Province in 2007 and 2008. Shi Xiushi (; born July 1942) is a Chinese politician who served as governor of Guizhou from 2001 to 2006. He was a member of the Standing Committee of the 10th and 11th National People's Congress. He was a member of the 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. Biography Shi was born in Shangqiu County (now Shangqiu), Henan, in July 1942. Huang Huahua
Huang Huahua (born October 1946 in Xingning, Guangdong) is a retired Chinese politician, and the Governor of Guangdong between 2003 and 2011. Of Hakka heritage, he was once the mayor of Meizhou. Biography Huang was born in Xingning County, Guangdong. Huang graduated in mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University. From 1970 to 1978, Huang worked at a machinery factory of the Guangdong Coal Mine, joined the Communist Party in 1971 and served as deputy secretary of the workshop Party Branch. He was later promoted to secretary of the Communist Youth League of China (CYLC) Shaoguan Municipal Committee.
