Huang Xiaojing (; February 1946 - ) is a politician of the People's Republic of China and a former governor of Fujian. A native of Fuzhou, Fujian, Huang started working in September 1969, and joined the Chinese Communist Party in December 1973. Zhou Bohua
Zhou Bohua (; born July 1948) is a retired politician of the People's Republic of China. He served as Governor of Hunan Province and Minister of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC). Biography Zhou was born in Xiangtan, Hunan province. He started working in September 1968, and joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in December 1970. From June 1981 to January 1982, he was the vice director of the Zhuzhou city economics commission in Hunan. Ji Yunshi
Ji Yunshi (, born September 1945) is a Chinese politician. He served in a variety of offices, including Governor of Jiangsu (1998–2002), Governor of Hebei (2002–2006), Vice-Minister for Human Resources and Social Security (2006–2011) and director of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (2006–2011). Ji Yunshi was born in Haimen, Jiangsu. He started his professional career as an industrial worker in Suzhou in September 1969. During 1970–1971, in the period of the Cultural Revolution, he was sent to work in the Xishan Coal Mine in Suzhou. He became a member of the Communist Party in August 1975. Wei Liucheng
Wei Liucheng ( born August 1946) is a Chinese businessman and politician. He is the former Governor and Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary of Hainan province. In August 2011, Wei became one of the deputy chairs of the Committee on the Economy and Finance in the National People's Congress. Biography Born in Biyang County, Henan, Wei graduated from Beijing Petroleum Institute then worked in China's petroleum industry for more than 30 years. In 1982 he joined the China National Offshore Oil Corporation and in 1998 was appointed general manager. Wei moved to Hainan in October 2003, and was appointed Governor of Hainan in February 2004. He served in that position until February 2007 when he was appointed as secretary of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. Shi Xiushi (; born July 1942) is a Chinese politician who served as governor of Guizhou from 2001 to 2006. He was a member of the Standing Committee of the 10th and 11th National People's Congress. He was a member of the 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. Biography Shi was born in Shangqiu County (now Shangqiu), Henan, in July 1942. In 1959, he was accepted to Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, majoring in glass ceramic technology. Huang Huahua
Huang Huahua (born October 1946 in Xingning, Guangdong) is a retired Chinese politician, and the Governor of Guangdong between 2003 and 2011. Of Hakka heritage, he was once the mayor of Meizhou. Biography Huang was born in Xingning County, Guangdong. Huang graduated in mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University. From 1970 to 1978, Huang worked at a machinery factory of the Guangdong Coal Mine, joined the Communist Party in 1971 and served as deputy secretary of the workshop Party Branch. He was later promoted to secretary of the Communist Youth League of China (CYLC) Shaoguan Municipal Committee. Huang was deputy secretary of the CYLC provincial committee from 1982 to 1985 and then secretary of CYLC provincial committee from 1985 to 1987.
