The 2004 season was Molde's 29th season in the top flight of Norwegian football. In Tippeligaen they finished in 11th position. Molde participated in the Norwegian Cup. Molde FK
Molde Fotballklubb () is a association football, football club based in Molde Municipality, Molde, Norway, that competes in Eliteserien, the top flight of Norwegian football league system, Norwegian football. Founded on 19 June 1911, the club was originally known as International and changed its name to Molde in 1915. Molde are five-time league champions (2011, 2012, 2014, 2019 and 2022) and six-time Norwegian Cup winners (1994, 2005, 2013, 2014, 2022 and 2023), and have finished second in the league a further eleven times. Molde is one of only two Norwegian clubs to have participated in the UEFA Champions League. The club's home matches are played at the 11,249-capacity Aker Stadion. The stadium was inaugurated in 1998, and was a gift from local businessmen Kjell Inge Røkke and Bjørn Rune Gjelsten. Anders Hasselgård
Anders Hasselgård (born 1 February 1978) is a Norwegian former association football, footballer who played as a midfielder for Molde FK, Molde in Tippeligaen. He later became a political scientist. Career Hasselgård was born in Molde (town), Molde and played as a midfielder for Molde FK, where he spent most of his career. He made his debut in Tippeligaen in 1995, and played his last match in 2004. In total he played 112 games in Tippeligaen, scoring 12 goals. He also played for Lisleby FK, Lisleby, Eidsvåg IL, Eidsvåg and Lørenskog IF, Lørenskog. Stig Arild Råket
Stig Arild Råket (born 6 April 1978) is a Norway, Norwegian footballer, with a past in Molde FK, Molde, FK Bodø/Glimt, Bodø/Glimt and Kristiansund BK. Career Råket played 46 matches, scoring three goals, for Molde FK, Molde from 2000 to 2004 before he joined FK Bodø/Glimt, Bodø/Glimt in 2005. Halfway through the 2006-season, Bodø/Glimt experienced economic difficulties, and released a number of players including Råket. He then joined Kristiansund BK, where he played till he retired. After his retirement, he worked for Molde at the youth academy, before he worked with youth development in Nordmøre og Romsdal Fotballkrets. Trond Strande
Trond Strande (born 24 November 1970) is a Norwegian football coach and former player who is assistant coach in Eliteserien club Molde. He spent his entire career playing for Molde FK and was a regular on Molde's team from 1991 to 2007. Club career Strande was born in Molde, and grew up in Elnesvågen. As a youngster, Strande started to play football for Elnesvågen IL, and made his debut for the first-team at the age of 15. Magnus Kihlberg (born 25 October 1973 in Örebro) is a former Swedish football midfielder. After playing for two local clubs, he joined Örgryte IS in 1995 before moving to Norwegian club Lillestrøm SK in 1997.
