2004 Haarlem Baseball Week
The 2004 Haarlem Baseball Week was an international baseball competition held at the Pim Mulier Stadium in Haarlem, the Netherlands from July 23 to August 1, 2004. It was the 22nd edition of the tournament and featured teams from Chinese Taipei, Cuba, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands and the United States. In the end the team from the Netherlands won the tournament for the first time. Ralph Milliard
Ralph Gregory Milliard (born 30 December 1973 in Willemstad, Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles) is a former Dutch baseball player and current baseball coach. Milliard represented the Netherlands at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney where he and his team placed fifth. Four years later at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens they placed sixth. Calvin Gregory Maduro (born September 5, 1974) is an Aruban former professional baseball player. He played five years in Major League Baseball between and . A benefit is a match or season of activities granted by a sporting body to a loyal sportsman to boost their income before retirement.
