The 2004 Big League World Series took place from July 30-August 7 in Easley, South Carolina, United States. Easley, South Carolina defeated Williamsport, Pennsylvania in the championship game. Easley, South Carolina
Easley is a city in Pickens County (with parts extending into Anderson County) in the State of South Carolina. Most of the city lies in Pickens County, with a small portion of the city in Anderson County. In 2001, Easley hosted the Big League World Series for the first time, and continued to host the tournament annually until it was disbanded in 2016. In 2017, the Senior League World Series moved to Easley as the host for the annual tournament. The Pint Station opened in 2018 and continues to serve the greater Easley area today. The Upper South Carolina State Fair is located in Easley and is held annually in early September. Ruston, Louisiana
Ruston is a small city and the parish seat of Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, United States. It is the largest city in the Eastern Ark-La-Tex region. The Big League World Series (BLWS) Latin America Region was one of four International regions that sent teams to the World Series. The region's participation in the BLWS had dated back to 1970. Little League Baseball and Softball terminated the Big League division after the 2016 World Series.
