2003–04 Polish Cup
The 2003–04 Polish Cup was the fiftieth season of the annual Poland, Polish cup competition. It began on 26 July 2003 with the preliminary round and ended on 1 June 2004 with second leg of the final, played at Stadion Wojska Polskiego, Warsaw. The winners qualified for the 2004–05 UEFA Cup#Second qualifying round, second qualifying round of the UEFA Cup. Wisła Kraków were the defending champions. Towarzystwo Sportowe Wisła Kraków Spółka Akcyjna, commonly referred to as Wisła Kraków (), is a Polish professional football club based in Kraków. They currently compete in the I liga, the second level of Polish football league system, following relegation from the 2021–22 Ekstraklasa season. Gryf Wejherowo
Gryf Wejherowo is a Polish football club in Wejherowo, Poland. The club plays in the IV liga Pomerania. It was founded as in 1921, but after World War II the club was renamed to Gryf Wejherowo. Gryf Wejherowo is the oldest football club in Pomeranian Voivodeship, and for several years was the only club in the region playing in the II liga. It is well known in Poland for reaching the 2011–12 Polish Cup quarterfinals after beating clubs from the Polish top-flight and second tier. Football team . Zakładowy Klub Sportowy Polar Wrocław, known simply as Polar Wrocław, is a Polish sports club based in the Zakrzów district of Wrocław, named after the local electronics company "Polar". The women's field hockey team existed since 1967. The men's football team is currently competing in the amateur divisions. After being in the centre of a huge corruption scandal in 2004, the club was dissolved. OKS Odra Opole Spółka Akcyjna () is a association football, football club based in Opole, Poland, currently playing in the I liga. History Beginnings The history of Odra Opole began on 16 June 1945, when in the Opole Town Hall, a group of sports officials gathered to form a new Polish sports organisation. Under first chairman, lawyer Leonard Olejnik, Odra organised first post-WWII sports competition in the city: street running (July 1945). In 1948, Odra merged with Lwowianka Opole and Chrobry Groszowice, and in 1948–1958, the club was called Budowlani Opole. By 1950, Budowlani had several departments, including football, track and field, tennis, boxing, ice hockey and volleyball. History The club was essentially founded on 11 July 1997, although it can trace its roots back to 1907. That year ''Bielitzer Fussball Klub'' (''FK Bielitz'') was established, in the town of Bielitz, Austria-Hungary, then dominated by ethnic Germans and so was the club. In 1911, the club was renamed to ''Bielitz-Bialaer Sport Verein'' (''BBSV''). Since 1920, the town, known henceforth as Bielsko, belonged to Poland, after the country regained independence.
