The 2003 season was Molde's 28th season in the top flight of Norwegian football. In Tippeligaen they finished in 9th position. Molde participated in the Norwegian Cup. Molde FK
Molde Fotballklubb () is a professional football club based in Molde, Norway, that competes in Eliteserien, the top flight of Norwegian football. Founded on 19 June 1911, the club was originally known as International and changed its name to Molde in 1915. Molde are five-time league champions (2011, 2012, 2014, 2019 & 2022) and five-time Norwegian Cup winners (1994, 2005, 2013, 2014 and 2021), and have finished second in the league a further nine times. Molde is one of only two Norwegian clubs to have participated in the UEFA Champions League. The club's home matches are played at the 11,249-capacity Aker Stadion. The stadium was inaugurated in 1998, and was a gift from local businessmen Kjell Inge Røkke and Bjørn Rune Gjelsten. Trond Strande
Trond Strande (born 24 November 1970) is a Norwegian football coach and former footballer who is currently assistant coach in Eliteserien club Molde. He spent his entire career playing for Molde FK and was a regular on Molde's team from 1991 to 2007. Club career Strande was born in Molde, and grew up in Elnesvågen. As a youngster, Strande started to play football for Elnesvågen IL, and made his debut for the first-team at the age of 15. In 1987, he played for Fræna FK, where he was a regular on both the youth-team and the first-team. Strande joined the youth-team of Molde FK the next season. Trond Strande was taken up in Molde's senior squad in 1990, and he made his debut on 28 April 1991 against Lyn, when he came on as a substitute in the 86th minute. Douglas Edward Alexander "Eddie" Gustafsson McIntosh (born 31 January 1977) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Starting off his career with IFK Stockholm in 1993, he went on to play professionally in Norway for three clubs and in Austria for Red Bull Salzburg before retiring in 2014. A full international between 2000 and 2010, he won ten caps for the Sweden national team. Magnus Kihlberg (born 25 October 1973 in Örebro) is a former Swedish football midfielder. After playing for two local clubs, he joined Örgryte IS in 1995 before moving to Norwegian club Lillestrøm SK in 1997. He then moved on to Molde FK in 2002 before going back to Sweden and IFK Göteborg for the 2006 season. Bernt Nikolai Hulsker (born 9 September 1977) is a retired Norwegian footballer as well as author, comedian, radio host, and betting ambassador. He was born in Den Haag, but grew up in Vestnes, Norway. Media career Hulsker participates in the football program "Foppall" on VGTV. Arild Stavrum
Arild Stavrum (born 16 April 1972) is a Norwegian football coach and former player. His playing career included clubs as Brann, Molde, Stabæk, Helsingborg, Aberdeen and Beşiktaş. Playing career Hailing from Kristiansund, he started his career in local club Clausenengen, and played for another two small clubs Jerv and Nordlandet. He was then picked up by Brann, and later by Molde. At Molde he formed a partnership with Ole Gunnar Solskjær and Ole Bjørn Sundgot known as "the three S'es". He then played one season for Stabæk before going abroad with Helsingborg in Sweden. Playing under former Molde coach Åge Hareide, Stavrum became Allsvenskan top scorer in the 1998 season.
