The 2004 Challenge Tour was a series of golf tournaments known as the Challenge Tour, the official development tour run by the PGA European Tour. The tour was started as the Satellite Tour in 1986 and was renamed the Challenge Tour ready for the start of the 1990 season. The Challenge Tour Rankings were won by England's Lee Slattery. Simon Dunn (golfer)
Simon Dunn (27 July 1987 – 21 January 2023) was an Australian bobsledder and amateur rugby player. Raised in Wollongong, in 2014, he was the first openly gay male to represent any country in the sport of bobsled. After several years in London, he lived in Sydney and played amateur rugby before his death. Career Simon Dunn grew up playing rugby league south of Sydney, in Wollongong. Struggling with his own sexuality and life in sport, he initially quit when he first came out but resumed playing after returning to Sydney from Canada when he became a player for the Sydney Convicts Rugby club. Travelling to Canada to further his playing career while he worked at WinSport's Performance Training Centre, Dunn had the opportunity to try out for the Australian bobsleigh team. Christoph Joseph Günther (born 22 July 1975) is a German professional golfer who has played on the Challenge Tour and the EPD Tour. Günther was born in Göttingen. He mainly played on the EPD Tour since turning professional in 1995. He won 10 times on the EPD Tour between 2001 and 2012. Günther won his first tournament on the Challenge Tour in 2009 at the Kärnten Golf Open. He entered the final round five strokes behind the leader but shot a fantastic final round of 62 (-10) to win by a stroke. The win put him into a good position to finish high enough on the Challenge Tour's 2009 money list to earn a European Tour card for 2010. Matthias Ziegler (born in Bern, Switzerland on 13 February 1955) is a Swiss flautist and professor of flute who specializes in contemporary music for various sizes of flute (including flute, alto flute, bass flute, and contrabass flute).
