Statistics of the Brunei Premier League for the 2003 season. Overview It was contested by 20 teams, and Wijaya FC won the championship. On 5 October, Wijaya beat Indera in their final match of the season courtesy of a solitary Norsillmy Taha goal. DPMM FC would win the championship if they produced the same result against ABDB the following day, as they had a superior goal difference to Wijaya's in their identical league win–loss record. On 6 October, ABDB beat DPMM 3-1 through a penalty by future DPMM captain Rosmin Kamis followed by goals scored by Sardillah Abdullah and Samdani Judin to hand the title to Wijaya. DST Group Brunei Premier League ( ms, DST GROUP LIGA PERDANA BRUNEI) was the top-tier football league of Brunei until 2012, when it became the second tier of the football pyramid of Brunei with the creation of the Brunei Super League by the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam, National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam. History From 1985 to 1993, the champions of the four districts (Belait District, Belait, Brunei-Muara, Temburong District, Temburong, Tutong District, Tutong) entered into the National Championship playoff. The tournament was not played between 1994 and 2001. The Brunei Premier League was created in 2002, and it was the top-tier league until 2012, when it was replaced by the Brunei Super League. Lun Bawang
The Lun Bawang (formerly known as Trusan Murut or Southern Murut) is an ethnic group found in Central Northern Borneo. They are indigenous to the southwest of Sabah (Interior Division), and the northern region of Sarawak (Limbang Division), highlands of North Kalimantan ( Krayan, Malinau, Mentarang, and Long Bawan), Brunei (Temburong District). In the Malaysian state of Sarawak, the Lun Bawang (through the term ''Murut'') are officially recognised by the Constitution as a native of Sarawak and are categorised under the Orang Ulu people; whilst in the neighbouring state of Sabah and Krayan highland in Kalimantan, they are sometimes named ''Lundayeh'' or ''Lun Daye''. In Brunei, they are also identified by law as one of the 7 natives (indigenous people) of Brunei, through the term ''Murut''. Kilanas FC
Kampong Kilanas is a village in Brunei-Muara District, Brunei, on the western outskirts of the capital Bandar Seri Begawan. The population was 4,589 in 2016. It is one of the villages within Mukim Kilanas. Infrastructures Schools Orang Kaya Setia Bakti Primary School is the village's primary school, whereas Pengiran Anak Puteri Majeedah Nuurul Bolkiah Religious School is the village's school for the country's Islamic religious primary education. Indera Sports Club (; abbrev: ISC), formerly Kilat FC and Indera Football Association, is a multi-sports club based in Brunei, mostly known for its association football team. History Early years Kilat FC was founded in 1970 by nobleman Pengiran Anak Hassanuddin Al-Haj bin Pengiran Anak Safiuddin with his siblings, and was based in Kilanas.
