The 2001 Japanese Formula 3 Championship was the 23rd edition of the Japanese Formula 3 Championship. It began on 25 March at Suzuka and ended on 21 October at Motegi. Paolo Montin (born 8 November 1976) is an Italian racecar driver. Career Montin finished 2nd in the Italian Formula 3 championship in 1998 driving for Team Ghinzani with 1 win and 113 points. He raced for the team at the Macau GP in the same season, finishing 10th. In 1999 he switched to Italian F3000, driving for Durango, across 7 races securing 1 podium finish. Bruce Jouanny (born 11 June 1978 in Paris, France) is a French racing driver. He started his career in his homeland of France, before moving on to international series. In 2000, he won his only career title to date – the Formula Palmer Audi Junior series.
