2000–01 Turkish Cup
The 2000–01 Turkish Cup was the 39th edition of the annual tournament that determined the association football Süper Lig Turkish Cup ( tr, Türkiye Kupası) champion under the auspices of the Turkish Football Federation ( tr, Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu; TFF). Gençlerbirliği successfully contested Fenerbahçe in the final after penalty shoot-out. The results of the tournament also determined which clubs would be promoted or relegated. Extra Time
Overtime or extra time is an additional period of play specified under the rules of a sport to bring a game to a decision and avoid declaring the match a tie or draw where the scores are the same.
