Sous Le Soleil
''Sous le soleil'' (''Under the sun''; ) is a French soap opera broadcast on French major channel TF1 from 1996 to 2008. A spin-off, ''Sous le soleil de Saint-Tropez'' has been broadcast in French channel TMC since 2013. Broadcast It has been a success in many countries, particularly in Latin America, France, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Italy, Slovakia, Russia, Turkey and Poland. In different times it was also shown in Hungary, Ukraine, Lebanon, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Greece, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Mexico, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, USA and many other countries. Odette Joyeux
Odette Joyeux (5 December 1914 – 26 August 2000) was a French actress, playwright and novelist. Biography She was born in Paris, where she studied dance at the Paris Opera Ballet before taking the stage. Joyeux started her film career in 1931. Her first notable film was Marc Allégret's ''Entrée des artistes'' (1938). During the 1940s she established herself as one of France's most popular cinema actresses; however, she made few film appearances after the 1950s. Joyeux is the author of some plays and essays on dance as well as a book on the life of inventor ''Nicéphore Niépce''. She also wrote two novels aimed to inspire dance: ''L'Âge heureux'' (which was adapted to a television series) and ''Côté jardin''. Additionally, Joyeux wrote ''The Bride Is Much Too Beautiful'' (1956) (adapted to film). TiJi is a French-Kazakh-Russian preschool television channel for children aged three to six. TV Breizh (''Breizh'' is Breton for ''Brittany'') is a French pay television channel owned by Groupe TF1, which was initially set as a regional station for the Brittany region. History Context of its creation At local level, the city of Lorient experienced a period of economic reconversion from the 1990s with the reduction in the importance of its maritime activities, and the municipality sought to attract investment from outside the city to develop new activities. Berbère Télévision is a TV channel broadcasting in Tamazight language from Montreuil. Berbère Télévision was set up by BRTV Group. History Berbere Television started in January 2000 under the name BRTV (Berber Radio Television). This channel is devoted to the discovery of the Berber world and openness to the world of culture. The channel broadcasts 24 hours a day since spring 2004. The channel has co-produced the film ''The forgotten hill'' which is now its property. ''Tide of Life'' ("Cap des Pins") is the first French French television soap opera that is released every week-day. Set in a small village in Brittany, and focusing on the activities at a health resort, led by Gérard Chantreuil. ''30 millions d'amis'' (English: "30 Million Friends") is a French television program, a French monthly magazine with its posters, and a French foundation: the Fondation 30 Millions d'Amis. All three focus on pets, especially cats, dogs, horses, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, mouse, mice, Domestic canary, canaries, parakeets, parrots, terrarium reptiles, goldfish, aquarium fish, and other exotic pets, but also wild animals like for example, bonobos and cheetahs. Television in France was introduced in 1931, when the first experimental broadcasts began. Colour television was introduced in October 1967 on La Deuxième Chaîne. Digital terrestrial television The digital terrestrial television platform, known locally as TNT (from the literal translation in French, ''télévision numérique terrestre''), was launched on 31 March 2005 after a short testing period. ''Présence protestante'' is a France 2 religious programme that presents Protestant Christianity. It has been produced since the 1950s broadcast every Sunday morning since October 9, 1955. History ''Présence protestante'' debuted on October 2, 1955 which was presented by Marcel Gosselin, under the leadership of Marc Boegner who was the president of the Protestant Federation of France.
