The 1998 All-Big Ten Conference football team consists of American football players chosen as All-Big Ten Conference players for the 1998 NCAA Division I-A football season. Chukky Okobi
Chukwunweze Sonume "Chukky" Okobi (born November 18, 1978) is a former American football center and commercial actor. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the fifth round of the 2001 NFL Draft. He played college football at Purdue. Okobi earned a Super Bowl ring with the Steelers in Super Bowl XL against the Seattle Seahawks. He has also been a member of the Arizona Cardinals and Houston Texans. Rosevelt Colvin
Rosevelt Colvin, III (born September 5, 1977) is a former American football linebacker, who now works as a football analyst for the Big Ten Network. Drafted by the Chicago Bears in the fourth round of the 1999 NFL Draft, he played college football at Purdue. Colvin played for the Chicago Bears between 1999 and 2002. Thomas Allen Burke (born October 12, 1976) is a former American college and professional football player who was a defensive end in the National Football League (NFL) for four seasons. He played college football at University of Wisconsin and earned All-American honors. Plaxico Antonio Burress (born August 12, 1977) is a former American football wide receiver who played 12 seasons in the National Football League. Tai Lamar Streets (born April 20, 1977) is a former professional American football wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected with the second pick of the sixth round of the 1999 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers. He also played for the Detroit Lions in 2004. He was the leading receiver for the national champion 1997 Michigan Wolverines football team. In high school, he was an All-American in football and as a senior led his team to a 9–0 regular season before losing in the playoffs. D'Wayne Lavoris Bates (born December 4, 1975 in Augusta, Georgia) is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League. David Byron Boston (born August 19, 1978) is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). Chris McIntosh (born February 20, 1977) is an American college athletics administrator, businessman, and former professional American football player who is the current athletic director at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
