The division-champion and runner-up promoted to the 1998–99 Danish Superliga. The teams in the 13th to 16th spots relegated to the 1998–99 Danish 2nd Division. Boldklubben Fremad Amager (meaning in English: The Ball Club Forward Amager; abbreviated Fremad A) is a Danish professional football club based in the district of Amager Vest, Copenhagen. As of the 2024–25 season, the club's senior men's team play in 2nd Division, the third tier in the Danish football league system. Michael Pedersen (footballer)
Michael "Mex" Pedersen (born 11 June 1963) is a Danish football manager and former footballer who most recently managed Ringkøbing IF. Career Pedersen started his career with Danish side Esbjerg, where he became the club's all-time top scorer. He was described as a "club legend". While playing football in Denmark, he also worked in advertising. In 1986, he signed for Spanish La Liga side Osasuna, becoming the first foreign player to sign for the club. He was regarded to not have performed well for them. Style of play Pedersen mainly operated as a striker and was known for his shooting ability in Denmark. Morten Poulsen
Morten Poulsen (born 9 September 1988) is a Danish professional ice hockey forward who currently plays for Herning Blue Fox in the Danish Metal Ligaen (DEN). Playing career Poulsen was brought up in the Herning Blue Fox system before moving to Nordsjælland Cobras for the 2008–09 season. After two seasons with the North Zealand club, he returned to Herning before the 2010-11 season. Back with his hometown team, he enjoyed considerable success playing on a line with North American imports Bryan Marshall and Kevin Gardner. Thomas Maale
Thomas Ørdal Maale (born 22 October 1974) is a Danish former footballer and physical coach at HB Køge. He played for a number of Danish clubs including Lyngby BK, Fremad Amager and Hvidovre IF. Abdul Kareem Sule (born January 20, 1975, in Kaduna) is a former Nigerian football player and current Player Agent.
