Thomas Muster (born 2 October 1967) is an Austrian former professional tennis player. He was ranked as the List of ATP number 1 ranked singles tennis players, world No. 1 in men's singles by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). Muster won 44 ATP Tour-level singles titles, including the 1995 French Open – Men's singles, 1995 French Open and eight ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, Masters titles. One of the world's leading clay court players in the 1990s, at his peak he was called "The King of Clay". David Rikl (born 27 February 1971) is a former professional tennis player from the Czech Republic. His success came mostly in doubles, winning 30 titles and finishing runner-up at the 2004 US Open and 2001 Wimbledon Championships Doubles events. Javier Sánchez Vicario (; born 1 February 1968) is a former top-ten doubles professional tennis player from Spain. Sánchez won the US Open junior singles and doubles title in 1986, and reached the quarterfinal stage in the US Open men's singles event twice – in 1991 and 1996. Marcelo Charpentier (born 11 July 1973) is a former professional tennis player from Argentina. Career Charpentier was the 18s and under Orange Bowl champion in 1991. He had his best performance on tour at the 1996 Campionati Internazionali di San Marino, getting past seeded players Hernán Gumy and Gilbert Schaller en route to the semi-finals, where he lost to Albert Costa. In 1997 he took part in a Davis Cup tie for Argentina. He lost his only rubber, a singles match against Nicolás Lapentti from Ecuador. Also that year he appeared in two Grand Slams. Wolfgang Schranz (born 18 or 19 March 1976) is a former professional tennis player from Austria. Schranz won the 1992 Austrian National Championships, for the 16 and under age group. He competed in main draw of the French Open twice, in 1997 and 1998. In the first tournament he lost in the opening round to Gastón Etlis and he again failed to make the second round in 1998, when he was beaten by Felix Mantilla. Karol Kučera (; born 4 March 1974) is a Slovak tennis coach and former professional player. He achieved a career-high singles ranking of world No. 6 in September 1998, reaching the semifinals of the Australian Open the same year. Tennis career Kučera turned professional in 1992. Jan Stefan Edberg (; born 19 January 1966) is a Swedish former professional tennis player. He was ranked as the world No. 1 in both men's singles and men's doubles by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), one of two players in the Open Era to hold both positions (alongside John McEnroe). Clemens Trimmel (born 8 June 1978) is a former professional tennis player from Austria. Biography Professional tour Trimmel, a right-handed player from Vienna, was a top-50 ranked junior. He turned professional in 1997 and made several main draw appearances at ATP Tour tournaments. Most notably he had a first-round win over world number 23 Jonas Björkman at St. Pölten in 1997. Guillermo Pérez Roldán (; born 20 October 1969) is a former professional tennis player from Argentina. Pérez Roldán was known particularly as a strong clay court player.
