Stuart Bell (figure Skater)
Sir Stuart Bell (16 May 1938 – 13 October 2012) was a British Labour Party politician, who was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Middlesbrough from the 1983 general election until his death in 2012. He was known as the longest serving Second Church Estates Commissioner, serving in this role during the entire period of Labour government from 1997–2010. Early life Bell was born in County Durham in 1938, the son of a miner. He studied at the Hookergate Grammar School on School Lane in High Spen near Rowlands Gill, Gateshead. He later attended the Durham Pitmans College. He joined the Labour Party in 1964, and was called to the Bar at Gray's Inn in 1970. He worked as an international lawyer in Paris until 1977, representing large multi-national companies. Elina Kettunen (born 10 April 1981) is a Finnish former competitive figure skater. She is the 1999 Nebelhorn Trophy bronze medalist, the 2004 Finlandia Trophy bronze medalist, a three-time Nordic Figure Skating Championships, Nordic champion, and the 2001 Finnish Figure Skating Championships, Finnish national champion. She finished in the top fourteen at seven ISU Figure Skating Championships, ISU Championships. Her best result, fifth, came at the 2000 World Junior Figure Skating Championships, 2000 Junior Worlds in Oberstdorf and 2002 European Figure Skating Championships, 2002 Europeans in Lausanne. Miriam Manzano-Hammond (born 14 February 1975 in Sydney) is a former Australian competitive figure skater in ladies' singles. As a singles skater, she was the youngest woman ever to win senior gold at the German Championships, taking the title at age 14 in 1997. She added another national title in 1999. Alisa Drei (born 28 February 1978) is a Finnish former competitive figure skater. She finished in the top ten at seven European Championships. Life and career Drei began skating at the age of three in Moscow; she and her mother subsequently moved to Finland and received Finnish citizenship.
