1995 Florida Gators Baseball Team ...
The 1995 Florida Gators baseball team represented the University of Florida in the sport of baseball during the 1995 college baseball season. The Gators competed in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Eastern Division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). They played their home games at Alfred A. McKethan Stadium, on the university's Gainesville, Florida campus. The team was the first at Florida coached by Andy Lopez. Andy Lopez
Andrew Lopez (born November 30, 1953) is a retired American college baseball coach. He was most recently the head baseball coach at Arizona Wildcats baseball, University of Arizona, and has served as the head baseball coach at Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros baseball, Cal State Dominguez Hills, Pepperdine Waves baseball, Pepperdine, and Florida Gators baseball, Florida. Lopez compiled an overall win–loss record of 1,177–742–7 in thirty-three seasons as a head coach. He is one of only three coaches to lead three different programs to the College World Series and one of only two coaches, along with Augie Garrido, to win the College World Series with two different programs. His Division I teams (Pepperdine, Florida, and Arizona) have appeared in the postseason seventeen out of twenty-six seasons. The Florida Gators are the intercollegiate athletic teams that represent the University of Florida, located in Gainesville. The University of Florida, its athletic program, its alumni and its sports fans are often collectively referred to as the "Gator Nation." The Gators compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and are consistently ranked among the top college sports programs in the United States. The University of Florida currently fields teams in nine men's sports and twelve women's sports. Brownsburg is a town in Hendricks County, Indiana, United States. The population was recorded to be 21,285 residents at the 2010 Census, an increase from the 14,520 residents in 2000. the estimated population was recorded to be 27,001 residents. History Brownsburg was first settled in 1824 by James B. Brown. When he arrived, the area was a dense, unbroken stretch of wilderness. Oldsmar, Florida
Oldsmar is a city in Pinellas County, Florida, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 13,591. The Oldsmar name dates to April 12, 1916 when automobile pioneer Ransom E. Olds purchased of land by the northern part of Tampa Bay to establish "R. E. Olds-on-the-Bay". The name was later changed to Oldsmar, then to "Tampa Shores" in 1927, and finally back to Oldsmar in 1937. Ransom Olds named some of the original streets himself, such as Gim Gong Road for Lue Gim Gong.
