The 1995 2. divisjon, the third highest association football league for men in Norway. 22 games were played in 6 groups, with 3 points given for wins and 1 for draws. Elverum Fotball, Elverum, Ullern IF, Ullern, Mjøndalen IF Fotball, Mjøndalen, FK Vidar, Vidar, ByÃ¥sen IL, ByÃ¥sen and Harstad IL, Harstad were promoted to the Adeccoligaen, First Division. Number ten, eleven and twelve were relegated to the 3. divisjon. The winning teams from each of the 19 groups in the 3. divisjon were promoted to the 2. divisjon. Norwegian reserve football teams compete at all levels of league football within the Norwegian football league system apart from the top two divisions, Eliteserien and the First Division. The highest league these teams can currently enter is the Second Division, set at the third tier of the league system. The reserve teams are attached to their first teams with a "2" suffix and must play in a lower league than the first team. If a reserve team ends up at a promotion spot when it is not allowed to be promoted, the promotion is awarded to the next team in the league standings which is allowed to be promoted. Skarbøvik Idrettsforening is a Norwegian sports club based in the outermost part of Ã…lesund, Møre og Romsdal. The club have teams in both football and handball. The first team in football plays in the Third Division. Skarbøvik has in the recent years alternated between the Second Division and the Third Division. The club comes from Sandvika, the administrative centre of the municipality Bærum.
