1994–95 United States Network Television Schedule
The following is the 1994–95 network television schedule for the six major English language commercial broadcast networks in the United States. The schedule covers primetime hours from September 1994 through August 1995. The schedule is followed by a list per network of returning series, new series, and series cancelled after the 1993–94 season. All times are Eastern and Pacific, with certain exceptions, such as '' Monday Night Football''. This was the first season in which the entirety of primetime network programming was presented in stereo sound. Two new networks, the United Paramount Network and The WB Television Network, launched in January 1995. Both networks would ultimately shutdown and merge to form The CW in September 2006. In the United States, for most of the history of broadcasting, there were only three or four major commercial national Terrestrial television, terrestrial television network, networks. From 1946 to 1956, these were American Broadcasting Company, ABC, CBS, NBC and DuMont Television Network, DuMont. The ''CBS Sunday Movie'' (also known at various times as the ''CBS Sunday Night Movie'') is the umbrella title for a made-for-TV and feature film showcase series originally airing from 1941 on CBS until the end of the 2005–2006 television season, when it was replaced with a drama series. It was the last of the weekly Sunday night movie showcases aired by the Big Three television networks to be canceled, outside of special event premieres and the network's previous run of the ''Hallmark Hall of Fame'' film anthology.
