Muscatine ( ) is a city in and the county seat of Muscatine County, Iowa, United States. Raycom Media, Inc. was an American television broadcasting company based in Montgomery, Alabama. Raycom owned and/or provided services for 65 television stations and two radio stations across 44 markets in 20 states.
