1985 Philadelphia Eagles
The 1985 Philadelphia Eagles season was their 53rd in the National Football League (NFL). The team improved upon their previous output of 6β9β1, winning seven games. This was the fourth consecutive season in which the team failed to qualify for the playoffs. Philadelphia was in position to earn a wild-card berth with a 6β5 record by late November, but a four-game losing streak, which included a home loss to the Minnesota Vikings in which the Eagles squandered a 23β0 fourth-quarter lead, foiled their playoff hopes. That losing streak also cost head coach Marion Campbell his job before the season finale at Minnesota. Under interim coach Fred Bruney, the Eagles pulled off a 37β35 victory at the Metrodome to finish the season on an up note. Tommy Brasher
Tommy Brasher is an American football coach for the Kansas City Chiefs. He currently works on special projects for the Chiefs. He coached the Philadelphia Eagles line in 1985, then moved on to the Atlanta Falcons until 1989. After this he went to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to coach for one year in 1990. He coached the Seattle Seahawks Defensive line from 1992-1998. Then he went back to the Philadelphia Eagles from 1999, until 2005, when he retired. Ken Iman
Kenneth Charles Iman (February 8, 1939 β November 13, 2010) was an American football center who played 15 seasons in the National Football League (NFL) with the Green Bay Packers and the Los Angeles Rams, from 1961 to 1975. Playing center Iman played in three consecutive NFL championship games with the Packers from 1960 to 1962, winning two, as well as one with the Rams (1974), a loss. He started 140 straight games with the Rams from 1965 to '74 and was voted team MVP in 1972. Theodore Joseph Marchibroda (March 15, 1931 β January 16, 2016) was an American football quarterback and head coach in the National Football League (NFL).
