Darryl Strawberry
Darryl Eugene Strawberry Sr. (born March 12, 1962) is an American former professional baseball right fielder who played 17 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB). Throughout his career, Strawberry was one of the most feared sluggers in the sport, known for his prodigious home runs and his intimidating presence in the batter's box with his frame and his long, looping swing that elicited comparisons to Ted Williams. Jeff Reed (baseball)
Jeffrey Scott Reed (born November 12, 1962) is a former Major League Baseball catcher who played for the Minnesota Twins (1984–1986), Montreal Expos (1987–1988), Cincinnati Reds (1988–1992), San Francisco Giants (1993–1995), Colorado Rockies (1996–1998) and Chicago Cubs (1999–2000). He batted left-handed and threw right-handed. He is currently a coach with the Providence Knights. Career Reed was the Twins' first-round pick (and 12th overall) in the 1980 amateur draft. Lake Park High School is a four-year public high school occupying two campuses, both located in Roselle, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago. Freshmen and sophomores attend the East Campus (the original campus built in 1956), located near Medinah, and juniors and seniors attend the West Campus. Donald Arthur Schulze (born September 27, 1962) is a former American professional baseball pitcher and current minor league pitching coach. Schulze graduated from Lake Park High School in 1981. He pitched all or part of six seasons in the majors, between and , for the Chicago Cubs, Cleveland Indians, New York Mets, New York Yankees, and San Diego Padres. Kelly Wayne Gruber (born February 26, 1962) is an American former Major League Baseball (MLB) third baseman. He played for the Toronto Blue Jays and California Angels from 1984 to 1993. Ross A. Jones (born January 14, 1960) is an American former professional baseball shortstop. He played for the New York Mets, Seattle Mariners, and Kansas City Royals of Major League Baseball (MLB).
