Khaled Mashal ( ar, خالد مشعل, Khālid Mashʿal, Levantine Arabic: , born 28 May 1956) is a former leader of the Palestinian organization Hamas Hamas (, ; , ; an acronym of , "Islamic Resistance Movement") is a Palestinian Sunni-Islamic fundamentalist, militant, and nationalist organization. It has a social service wing, Dawah, and a military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Bri .... After the founding of Hamas in 1987, Mashal became the leader of the Kuwaiti branch of the organization. In 1992, he became a founding member of Hamas' politburo and its chairman. Suleiman Nabulsi
Suleiman Nabulsi ( ar, سليمان النابلسي; 1908 – 14 October 1976) was a leftist Jordanian political figure who served as the 12th Prime Minister of Jordan in 1956–57. In October 1956 during the 1956 elections, the National Socialist Party headed by Nabulsi won a plurality of 16 out of 40 seats in the Jordanian House of Representatives. Subsequently, King Hussein asked him to form a government; it was the first elected government in Jordan's history. Nabulsi's government was short-lived. His policies as Prime Minister frequently clashed with that of King Hussein's. Nabulsi wanted Jordan to move closer to Egypt under Gamal Abdel Nasser, but Hussein wanted it to stay in the Western camp. Disagreements between the monarchy and the leftist government culminated after Nabulsi provided Hussein with an expanded list of officers in the army he wanted to dismiss. Sa`id Al-Mufti
Sa'id Pasha al-Mufti ( ar, سعيد المفتي; ady, Хьэбжьокъуэ Сайд; 26 June 1898 – 25 March 1989) was the 9th List of Prime Ministers of Jordan, Prime Minister of Jordan and a Jordanian political figure of Circassians, Circassian origin. Said Pasha received Abdullah I of Jordan, Emir Abdullah with a few Jordanian Sheikhs, when he came to Jordan and was leading the Arab Revolt, Great Arab Revolt against the Ottoman rule. Al-Mufti served three terms as the Prime Minister of Jordan between 14 April 1950 and 1 July 1956. Al-Mufti lived in Jabal Amman, an elite area of the capital Amman; his house became known for its architecture and was later dubbed Al-Mufti House. Samir al-Rifai ( ar, سمير الرفاعي; 30 January 1901 – 12 October 1965) was Jordanian politician. He served several terms as the 8th Prime Minister of Jordan. He was born in Safed.
