Peder Tonning
Peder Tonning (14 January 1782 – 3 May 1839) was a Norwegian politician. He was the son of the wealthy merchant Ole Tonning in Stryn, but moved to Aalesund. When local government was introduced in Norway in 1837, Tonning became the first mayor of the city. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament in 1814 and 1830, representing the constituency of ''Romsdals Amt'' (today named Møre og Romsdal Møre og Romsdal (; en, Møre and Romsdal) is a county in the northernmost part of Western Norway. Niels Arntzen Sem
Niels Arntzen Sem (10 February 1782 – 19 December 1859) was a Norwegian politician. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament in 1825 and 1827, representing the constituency of ''Stavanger Amt''. He worked as district magistrate () for Jæren from 1823 until 1828. In 1828, he was appointed County Governor of ''Buskeruds Amt''. While working in Buskerud, he was elected to the Norwegian Parliament to represent that county in 1830. In 1831, he was appointed as Diocesan Governor of ''Akershus stiftamt'' as well as County Governor of ''Akershus amt'' (one of its subordinate counties). He held that post until 1837 when he was transferred to another county. He then served as Diocesan Governor of ''Christianssand stiftamt'' as well as County Governor of ''Lister og Mandals amt'' (one of its subordinate counties). Ole Christian Andersen Nøstvig
Ole Christian Andersen Nøstvig (10 June 1782 – 3 June 1852) was a Norwegian farmer and politician. Nøstvig was born at Velfjord parish in the traditional district of Helgeland in Nordland, Norway. He was the son of Anders Knudsen Nøstvig and Inger Olsdatter. He took over the family farm in 1804 and farmed throughout life. He was mayor of Brønnøysund for several years dating from 1838. Jonas Anton Hielm (30 December 1782 – 30 March 1848) was a Norwegian lawyer and Member of Parliament . Jonas Anton Hielm was born in Kristiansand in Vest-Agder, Norway. He was the son of regiment quartermaster and garrison auditor, Børge Hielm (died 1810). He was a law student at the University of Copenhagen from 1797 to 1800. He passed his Candidate of Law (''cand.jur.'') examination in 1802. He became a barrister in Copenhagen until 1814. During 1815–1816, he was a senior lecturer at the University of Oslo. Christian Magnus Falsen
Christian Magnus Falsen (14 September 1782 – 13 January 1830) was a Norwegian constitutional father, statesman, jurist, and historian. He was an important member of the Norwegian Constituent Assembly and was one of the writers of the Constitution of Norway. Biography Christian Magnus Falsen was born in Christiania, now Oslo, Norway. He was the son of Enevold de Falsen (1755–1808), a dramatist and author of a war song ''Til vaaben''. In 1802, he graduated with a degree in law at the University of Copenhagen. In 1807, Christian Magnus Falsen was appointed a barrister. In 1808 he became circuit judge at Follo and lived in Ås, Akershus Akershus, Norway.
