15th Brigade (Japan)
The is one of eight active brigades of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force. The brigade is subordinated to the Western Army and is headquartered in Naha, Okinawa. A distinctive unit insignia (DUI) is a metallic heraldic badge or device worn by soldiers in the United States Army. The DUI design is derived from the coat of arms authorized for a unit. Miyakojima, Okinawa

The Type 11 Surface-to-Air Missile () or Tan-SAM Kai II is a Japanese developed surface-to-air missile currently in service with the Japan Self-Defense Forces. A brigade is a major tactical military formation that typically comprises three to six battalions plus supporting elements. It is roughly equivalent to an enlarged or reinforced regiment.
