11th Jatiya Sangsad
The Eleventh Jatiya Sangsad () was formed with the elected members of the 2018 Bangladesh general election, 11th General Election of Bangladesh 2018. The Parliament was sworn in on the 3rd January 2019. On seventh January the Cabinet of Bangladesh, Ministers were sworn in. On the January 30th first session of the parliament took place. Out of the 350 seats 300 members are directly elected by the people and rest 50 seats are reserved for women and are filled by proportional representation. Awami League won 258 seats out of the 300 seats and formed the government under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina Jatiya Party (Ershad), Jatiya Party got 22 seats and became the main opposition party. Matia Chowdhury
Matia Chowdhury (; 30 June 1942 – 16 October 2024) was a Awami League leader and one of the key perpetrators of the July massacre orchestrated and executed by Sheikh Hasina's toppled regime. She died while awaiting trial for crimes against humanity due to her active involvement in the violent suppression of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement during the Student–People's uprising. She was a deputy leader of parliament, and a Jatiya Sangsad member representing the Sherpur-2 constituency from 2009 to 2024. She held the position of minister of agriculture under the first, second and third premierships of Sheikh Hasina, from 1996 to 2001 and then again from 2009 to 2019 during the periods when the Bangladesh Awami League held power. Iqbalur Rahim
Iqbalur Rahim (born 16 August 1965) is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and a former Jatiya Sangsad member representing the Dinajpur-3 constituency during 2009–2024. Panchanan Biswas
Panchanan Biswas is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and the incumbent Jatiya Sangsad member representing the Khulna-1 constituency since 2014. Noor-E-Alam Chowdhury (born 1 June 1964; also known by the name Liton) is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and a former Jatiya Sangsad member representing the Madaripur-1 constituency and the former chief whip of the Jatiya Sangsad.
