is a Japanese voice actor and singer. He has previously worked with Haikyō. He is honorary president of and affiliated with Atomic Monkey and the chairman of theater company HeroHero Q. He is a special lecturer at Japan Newart College. Career Seki landed his first role in 1993 anime ''Mobile Suit Victory Gundam'' as Tomache Massarik. Shinya Kogami
is the protagonist introduced in the 2012 anime series ''Psycho-Pass''. A police officer in a cyberpunk dystopia, Kogami becomes obsessed with murdering Shogo Makishima, a criminal mastermind responsible for the death of one of Kogami's former allies. The character has also appeared in manga and novel adaptations of the series, a prequel manga series, a stage play and the films ''Psycho-Pass: The Movie'' (2015) and ''Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System, Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.3 On the Other Side of Love and Hate'' (2019), which focuses on Kogami's life after the events of the first anime season. Mobile Suit Gundam SEED
is an anime series developed by Sunrise and directed by Mitsuo Fukuda. The ninth installment in the ''Gundam'' franchise, ''Gundam SEED'' takes place in a future calendar era, in this case the Cosmic Era. In this era, mankind has developed into two subspecies: Naturals, who reside on Earth, and Coordinators, genetically enhanced humans capable of amazing feats of intellect who emigrate to man-made orbital colonies to escape persecution by natural humans. Fukagawa, Tokyo
is an area in Kōtō, Tokyo. It is one of the representative of Tokyo. Formerly, it was a ward of the historical Tokyo City. Haru Glory
is the main character of the manga ''Rave Master'' by Hiro Mashima. Born on Garage Island, Haru was left in the care of his older sister. In the beginning, Haru accidentally fishes Plue up, and his owner, Shiba meets him with terrorists from the Demon Card organization. Whispering is an unvoiced mode of phonation in which the vocal cords are abducted so that they do not vibrate; air passes between the arytenoid cartilages to create audible turbulence during speech. Supralaryngeal articulation remains the same as in normal speech. In normal speech, the vocal cords alternate between states of voice and voicelessness.
