Mykhailo Kulynyak (, born 4 March 1969) is a Ukrainian statesman and public figure, Minister of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine (2010–2012). Biography Kulynyak was born on 4 March 1969 in Drohobych, which was then part of the Ukrainian SSR. In 1994 he graduated from the Kyiv University, with a degree as a violinist. Infotainment (a portmanteau of ''information'' and ''entertainment''), also called soft news as a way to distinguish it from serious journalism or hard news, is a type of media, usually television or online, that provides a combination of information and entertainment. The term may be used disparagingly to devalue infotainment or soft news subjects in favor of more serious hard news subjects. Viktor Yanukovych
Viktor Fedorovych Yanukovych (born 9 July 1950) is a Ukrainian politician who served as the fourth president of Ukraine from 2010 to 2014. He also served as the prime minister of Ukraine several times between 2002 and 2007 and was a member of the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) from 2006 to 2010.
