Pavel Yegorov
Pavel Vasilievich Yegorov (1889 – 1965) was a Russian military leader during the war with Ukraine and the forces of Denikin. Born in 1889 in peasant family, during World War I Yegorov graduated a military college in Lyon, France, in 1915. In 1917 he joined Bolsheviks and was a member of Moscow Red Guards. In December 1917 Yegorov led his Red Guards to Ukraine along with the Antonov's expeditionary task force in fight with counter-revolution in the South Russia. He played a key role in taken Yekaterinoslav during the Yekaterinoslav Bolshevik Uprising and defeat of the Doroshenko Simferopol Regiment. In the beginning of 1918 his detachment grew into the 1st Revolutionary Army. In March - April 1918 Yegorov headed troops of the Russian Southern Front and later - the Vladikavkaz Military District. Violetta Egorova (Russian: Виолетта Викторовна Егорова) is a Russian concert pianist. Biography She was born in Krasnodar on November 16, 1969, a city in the southernmost section of Russia. She began to play and improvise on the piano at the age of four. At the age of six, she made her debut on TV, playing pieces from "The Children's album" by Robert Schumann. Olga Nikolayevna Yegorova (; born 28 March 1972 in Novocheboksarsk, Chuvash ASSR) is a Russian distance runner. Her first international appearance came at the 1990 World Junior Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, where she finished 9th in the 1500m won by future world record holder Qu Yunxia. At the 2000 Summer Olympics she competed in 5000 metres, and she is a double world champion in this event, but like countryfellow Tatyana Tomashova she has concentrated on shorter races since, now competing mainly in the 1500 metres. In this event she finished 11th at the 2004 Summer Olympics and second at the 2005 World Championships. Chto Delat?, now known as Chto Delat (without the question mark), is a collective of artists, critics, philosophers and writers. Its name refers to Nikolai Chernyshevsky's novel '' Chto Delat'?'' (, lit. What to Do?, , 1863) and Vladimir Lenin's pamphlet of the same title (1902). The collective was founded in 2003 in Saint Petersburg, Russia, where it is still currently based. Lubov Nikolayevna Yegorova (; – 18 August 1972) was a Russian ballerina who danced with the Imperial Ballet and the Ballets Russes. Life and career Lubov Yegorova was born in St. Petersburg, Russia. She studied ballet at the Imperial Theatre School in St. Petersburg with Ekaterina Vazem, Enrico Cecchetti and Anna Johansson. After graduating in 1898, she started work as a coryphée in the Imperial Ballet at Maryinsky Theatre and became a ballerina in 1914. Irina Nikolayevna Yegorova (, born 8 April 1940) is a Russian speed skater who competed for the Soviet Union at the 1964 and 1968 Winter Olympics.
