Andrej Šustr
Andrej Šustr (born 29 November 1990) is a Czech professional ice hockey defenceman for Tappara of the Finnish Liiga. Previously he played in the NHL for the Tampa Bay Lightning and Anaheim Ducks. An undrafted player, Šustr made his NHL debut with the Lightning in 2013 after playing three seasons of college ice hockey with the University of Nebraska Omaha. Playing career Junior and college Šustr grew up in the city of Plzeň, but after finding little opportunity in his home town, was encouraged to move to the United States at the age of 17 to play junior hockey. He spent a year with the Kenai River Brown Bears of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) in 2008–09 before moving up to the Youngstown Phantoms of the United States Hockey League (USHL) in 2009–10. The University of Omaha Nebraska Mavericks ice hockey program then recruited Šustr to join their program in 2010. Martin Šustr (3 October 1990 – 18 May 2022) was a Czech professional association football, footballer who played as a goalkeeper (association football), goalkeeper. Career Šustr joined SK Uničov, Uničov on loan from SK Sigma Olomouc, Sigma Olomouc in the 2009–10 season. In January 2017, Šustr moved to FC Baník Ostrava, Baník Ostrava. On 15 March 2019, he then joined MFK Vyškov. Having played 14 games for the club, he left in the summer and signed with SK Líšeň on 14 July 2019. Petruška Šustrová
Petruška Šustrová (18 May 1947 – 6 May 2023) was a Czech dissident, journalist, and translator. She was a signatory of Charter 77. She was an international observer for elections in Georgia, Azerbaijan's and Belarus, and was awarded the Officer’s Merit Cross from the Republic of Poland. She also received the Karel Havlíček Borovský Prize for Journalism. Early life and education Šustrová was born on 18 May 1947 in Prague. She was a student of Czech history and literature at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, Prague in 1968 when the Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslavakia happened. Later life Šustrová joined the university strike, and then was one of the founders of the Revolutionary Youth Movement (Hnutí revoluční mládže). In December 1969 she was arrested for revolutionary activities and spent two years in jail. After her release in 1971 she worked at a post office.
