Šotovento
Šotovento is a municipality in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County on the island of Krk in western Croatia. Part of the town of Krk (town), Krk, it is adjacent to Malinska-Dubašnica. Geography Sotovento covers of the western town of Krk, on the island of Krk. According to the 2011 census, there were 1,206 inhabitants in 10 settlements: Other settlements and sites include Brozici, Kapovci and Glavotok, and the ferry port of Valbiska. Poljica, Krk
Poljica is a village on the island of Krk, Croatia. Location Poljica is located on the western part of the island of Krk, in the area of the island called Šotovento. Like all settlements in Šotovento, Poljica is not on the coast but in the interior of the island, about 3 km southeast of Čavlena bay. In the immediate vicinity are the villages Bajčići and Nenadići. Nenadići
Nenadići (also known as Nenadic) is a village on the island of Krk. Loacation Nenadic is located in the western part of the island of Krk in the area called Šotovento. Namely, the surrounding hills of Vrhure (238 m), Kukurik (176 m), Klobučac (106 m), Škrlat (144 m) protect this part of the island from the bora wind. Cres
Cres is an Adriatic island in Croatia. It is one of the northern islands in the Kvarner Gulf and can be reached via ferry from Rijeka, Krk island or from the Istrian peninsula (line Brestova-Porozina). Island Of Rab
Rab âːbis an island in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County in Croatia, located just off the northern Croatian coast in the Adriatic Sea. The island is long, has an area of and 7,161 inhabitants (2021). The main settlement on the island is the eponymous town of Rab, although the neighboring village of Palit has the biggest population. The highest peak is Kamenjak at 408 m. The northeastern side of the island is mostly barren, karst, while the southwestern side is covered by one of the last oak forests of the Mediterranean.
