Åžeref EroÄŸlu (born 25 November 1975, in KahramanmaraÅŸ) is a Turkish Sport wrestling, wrestler. He won 6 times in Europe (1994-1996-1998-2001-2002-2003) and once in the World (1997). At the 2004 Athens Olympics, he competed at 66 kg and won the silver medal. He served as the president of the Turkish Wrestling Federation between 2021 and 2024. Şeref Has (27 September 1936 – 13 June 2019) was the third most capped Turkish football player in Fenerbahçe football history with 605 appearances. He played as a forward and midfielder and was especially known for his headed goals. At his career end he also played as defender. Professional career Has transferred to Fenerbahçe from Beyoğluspor in 1955. He was one of the fan favourites when he was playing. He played for Fenerbahçe between 1955–69, scoring 168 goals. Şeref Taşlıova
Şerafettin Taşliova (10 April 1938 – 20 September 2014) was a Turkish storyteller in the asik bardic tradition. Taşliova won many prizes at bardic contests for improvised poetry and storytelling; many at international level. He had also been awarded by UNESCO. He started writing poetry around the age of ten and was widely recognised for his ability to tell epic tales, being one of the most prominent figures in the northeastern Anatolian tradition of minstrelsy, He was a prolific published author of poetry, and has also recorded many albums of his poetry and bardic stories. Taşliova also had a long career in broadcasting. He made appearances on a number of Turkish television stations, and had been making a regular radio broadcast since 1966. Şeref Görkey
Şeref Görkey (1 January 1913 - 10 November 2004) was a Turkish footballer and manager who mainly served Turkish side Beşiktaş throughout his career. Nicknamed Voleci Şeref, literally meaning ''"Şeref the Volley Scorer"'', due to his tally of scoring 99 goals of volley shots during his career, Görkey wore number 10 shirt whilst his entire spell at Beşiktaş. He was also part of Turkey's squad at the 1936 Summer Olympics, but he did not play in any matches. Club career Görkey scored 320 goals during his career, where he is one of the most scoring players in fierce rivalries of Beşiktaş, scoring 30 goals to Galatasaray and 13 goals to Fenerbahçe, respectively. Åžerif OsmanoÄŸlu (born Sheryf El-Sheryf; 2 January 1989 in Simferopol, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union) is a Turkish and former Ukrainian (until May 2013) athlete who competes in the triple jump and occasionally long jump. Career He won gold medal at the 2011 European Athletics U23 Championships with a leap of 17.72m, bettering his personal best by 80 cm. Åžeref Tüfenk (born September 22, 1983, in Rize) is a Turkish amateur Greco-Roman wrestler, who competed for the men's middleweight category. He is a two-time Olympian and a silver medalist for the 74 kg division at the 2008 European Wrestling Championships in Tampere, Finland. He studied at Ondokuz Mayıs University. Tufenk made his official debut for the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, where he placed second in the preliminary pool of the men's lightweight class (60 kg), against Cuba's Roberto Monzón, Iran's Ali Ashkani, and Greece's Christos Gikas. In 2005, he won the gold medal at the Summer Universiade in İzmir, Turkey. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, Tufenk switched to a heavier class by competing in the men's 74 kg division.
