Jakub Řezníček
Jakub Řezníček (born 26 May 1988) is a Czech footballer who plays as a striker for FK Dukla Prague. At international level, he represented the Czech Republic U21 national team. Club career In September 2009, Řezníček joined Ružomberok of the Slovak First Football League, scoring in the Slovak Cup on his competitive debut for the club after just two minutes in a 3–1 win against MFK Banská Bystrica. He scored his first league goal for the club in a 1–0 win against FC Nitra in October of the same year. On 15 August 2024, Řezníček signed a one-year contract with Dukla Prague of the Czech First League, to try and score the last two goals he needs to join the prestigious League Scorers Club for scorers of 100 or more goals in the top competitions. On 19 October 2024, Řezníček scored his 100th top-flight goal in a 2–1 home win against FK Pardubice in the Czech First League. Ferdinand Von Řezníček
Ferdinand Freiherr von Řezníček (16 June 1868, Sievering (now part of Vienna) - 11 May 1909, Munich) was an Austrian painter, illustrator, and graphic artist. Biography He was born to General Josef Řezníček (1812–1886), who was raised to baronial rank in 1860, and his second wife, Hermine née Conrad (1839–1878), who came from an old Transylvanian family. The composer, Emil von Řezníček, was his half-brother from his father's first marriage, to Countess Clarisse Ghica (1837-1864). Genealogisches Handbuch des Adels, ''Adelslexikon'', Vol.XI, pg.366, C. Pavel Řezníček (30 January 1942 – 19 September 2018) was a Czech people, Czech writer and surrealist poet. In addition to his writing career, he was also a translator from French, including works by Joyce Mansour, Ambroise Vollard, Benjamin Péret and others. He finished secondary school in 1959. From 1965 onwards, he held several manual jobs. In the 1970's, he moved to Prague, where he retired in 2002. Emil Nikolaus Joseph, Freiherr von Reznicek (4 May 1860, in Vienna – 2 August 1945, in Berlin) was an Austrian composer of Romanian-Czech ancestry. Life Reznicek's grandfather, Josef Resnitschek (1787–1848), was a trumpet virtuoso and band leader in the Imperial regiments Nos. 32 (''Esterhazy''), based in Budapest, and 60 (''Gustav Wasa''), based in Vienna where he played music with Johann Strauss Sr. and Joseph Lanner. Reznicek's father Josef Resnitschek/Reznicek (1812–1887) entered the army as a cadet and eventually became Feldmarschall-Lieutenant, the second-highest rank in the Austrian army, gaining an ordinary diploma of nobility in 1851 and the rank as a Baron (Freiherr) in 1859. Franz Reznicek
Franz Reznicek (born 20 October 1903, date of death unknown) was an Austrian architect. After moving to Bludenz, Vorarlberg, where he initially headed an architectural firm with Alois Dönz, he was responsible for the design of numerous modernist buildings in the area during the 1930s. Biography and career Franz Reznicek was born 20 October 1903 in Baden bei Wien. At the age of 12, he moved to Innsbruck, where three years later he entered the four-year architecture program at the Bundeslehranstalt für Hochbau (National Institute of High-Rise Building). After interning with his instructor, L. Welzenbacher, Reznicek passed his graduation examination at the institute on 13 February 1923. Following that he continued to work at the Welzenbacher firm as a full associate.
