Đorđije Pavićević
Đorđije Pavićević ( sr-cyr, Ђорђије Павићевић; born May 17, 1963) is a Montenegrin professional basketball coach and executive and former player. He currently works as the president for Mornar of the Montenegrin Basketball League and the ABA League. Coaching career Pavićević spent almost an entire coaching career with his hometown team Mornar. He coached Mornar for 1997–98 season in Yugoslav League. Later he joined them in 2003. He was a head coach from 2003 to 2011 and from 2013 to 2017. During a second stint with Mornar, he led the team in the Serbia & Montenegro League in two seasons (2004–05 and 2005–06). ABA League
The ABA League, renamed the ABA League First Division in 2017, is the top-tier regional men's professional basketball league that originally featured clubs from former Yugoslavia (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia). Due to sponsorship reasons, the league was also known as the Goodyear League from 2001 to 2006, the NLB League from 2006 to 2011, and as the AdmiralBet ABA League from 2021. The league coexists alongside scaled-down national leagues in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia. Montenegrin Basketball League
The Prva A liga, for sponsorships reasons named the Erste Liga, is the top-tier professional basketball league in Montenegro. It is the highest basketball division organized by the Basketball Association of Montenegro (KSCG). It was established in 2006. shortly after Montenegro declared its independence from Serbia and Montenegro. The league is sponsored by and named after Erste Bank. Currently, two clubs from the area are playing in the regional ABA League. Košarkaški klub Mornar (Cyrillic: Кошаркашки клуб Морнар), commonly referred to as Mornar Barsko zlato for sponsorship reasons, is a men's professional basketball club based in Bar, Montenegro. YUBA League
The YUBA League was the top-tier men's professional basketball league in Serbia and Montenegro (previously FR Yugoslavia). Founded in 1992 and folded in 2006, it was run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia and Montenegro. The name ''YUBA League'' (Yugoslav Basketball Association League) was used in Serbia and Montenegro until 2006. Mihailo Pavićević ( sr-cyr, Михаило Павићевић; born March 15, 1958) is a Montenegrin professional basketball coach and former player. He currently works as the head coach for Mornar of the Montenegrin Basketball League and the ABA League. Playing career Pavićević has spent most of his playing career in his native Bar playing for the local team Mornar. On two occasions he played for Budućnost in Podgorica, and he ended his playing career in Omonia Nicosia. Coaching career Pavićević started coaching in 1989 in Mornar, before moving to the Crvena zvezda in 1996. With the Zvezda he won the YUBA League championship in the 1997–98 season.
