Pitalito is a Colombian town and municipality located to the south of the Department of Huila, Colombia over the Valley of the Rio Grande de la Magdalena, 188 km from Huila's capital, Neiva. It is referred to as "''The Valley of Laboyos''" and is also the second most populated municipality in the Department of Huila, with a population of 128,630. Pitalito is considered the largest producer of coffee in Colombia. South American U20 Championships In Athletics
The South American U20 Championships in Athletics are the South American championships in the sport of athletics which is open for those in the U20 age category (19 years or under). It is organized by the South American Athletics Confederation ( Atletismo Sudamericano). The competition was first held in 1959 in Buenos Aires. It was an annual event from its inaugural year until 1962, at which point it was held every two years. Athletics at the South American Games, Athletics at the 2014 South American Games took place between March 13–16, 2014.
